I was just thinking about how Edward replaced the truck’s stereo in New Moon again, just like he said he would, and Bella climbs in with him to drive somewhere and she experimentally flips the dial. A song starts playing and she kinda sits back in surprise and goes “Wow, I love this song! I haven’t listened to music in….” and then she trails off and starts the truck without looking at Edward because he knows she’s about to say “months” and he realizes that Bella stopped listening to music when he left and they’re both quiet the whole drive and now I’m emo
