Oh my god. So my mom has proposed a total ban on political debates on Thanksgiving and she intends to enforce this by not only putting up a sign at the dinner table….but by also arming everyone with cheap plastic kazoos….which we will toot aggressively if The Discourse™ begins to occur…..

At one point, the party has defeated a sea hag using enchanted water that sucks the life from her enemies to be used to Grant her more life. An NPC that just saved the paladin from dying is standing with them investigating the pool.

In making plans to celebrate Thanksgiving, don’t forget: November is also Native American Heritage Month. Observing it won’t undo the atrocities that occurred over the past few centuries — or the current threats to Native Americans and their lands, such as the proposed Dakota Access Pipeline — but recognizing and celebrating those who were here first and are now marginalized is an important step in moving things forward. Especially if you missed Native American Day.
