So in the last Sanders Sides vid, I thought Virgil said warrior, not worrier at first so I’ve just been thinking about tired Knight Virgil protecting reckless Prince Roman

• Virgil grew up in a family of knights
• Everyone thought he’d just end up as a regular guard bc he was so lazy
• Turns out he’s one of the best that’s ever been through training
• He gets promoted so quickly no one knows what to think
• He hates being so high up on the food chain since everyone is scared of him
• Being the prince’s personal body guard was not something he ever wanted to do
• Only reason he got so good is bc he was anxious about having a job he’d hate low on the chain
• At first, he never spoke to Prince Roman bc he didn’t see the need to
• But that quickly went out the window once he saw how reckless the prince was
• Like for the love of all things holy you cannot monster hunt in the middle of the night, Roman, people have things to do like sleep
• He soon becomes close friends with Logan—one of the two royal advisors
• Logan needs a Break
• He’s been doing this for years and almost has a heart attack twice a day
• Virgil is the one who insists that Logan sit down while he takes care of the spoiled prince
• Virgil’s not too sure about the other advisor, Patton, at first
• He’s ball of sunshine who can’t really tell the prince no
• There was this one time, though, when Roman was in an awful mood taking it out on the Court and Patton went and lectured him about it
• You wouldn’t think that’d do anything but Roman was perfect the rest of the day
• Virgil and Roman get along outside of the battlefield
• On it, Virgil refuses to do anything without a plan
• Roman hates it and usually just plunges ahead, forcing him to improvise
• They argue constantly but fight in harmony
• Virgil is Tired and wants to Rest whenever they get back from whatever adventure Roman dragged them on
• Since he knows he can’t he spends his down time with Logan who will talk for hours about whatever he’d been studying
• Virgil isn’t really interested but he listens since Logan likes to talk about it
• Somedays he’ll sit with Patton who’s less studious about his job and listen to him tell stories about Roman’s younger days
• Roman is furious when he finds out bc those were private Patton he doesn’t need to know what kind of stuffed animal I used to sleep with

I’ve just got a lot of feelings about this au yall
